General Qualifications as below :

•     Male/ Female
•     University Degree, majoring Psychology, Human Resource or Law preferable
•     Experience in the same position min.1 years.
•     Having knowledge about Local Labor Regulation and Jamsostek Regulation
•     Able to operating microsoft office (MS.Excel = excel formulas, MS.Word mail merge) and email
•     Able to work with flexible working hour
•     Able to calculate and compare the cost efficiency for best benefits for company
•     Have a strong leadership skill
•     Can understand basic english
•     Trustworthy, mature, confident and have good personality
•     Willing to work at Klari, Karawang timur
